1 Acceptance of Terms

By adding Shiro ("the bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Discord Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server.

2 Permitted Use

Shiro is provided to enhance community management, moderation, music streaming, and entertainment in Discord servers. You agree to use the bot only for lawful purposes in accordance with Discord's Community Guidelines.

3 Prohibited Conduct

When using Shiro, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass rate limits, spam commands, or overload bot servers and audio nodes;
• Exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, or abuse features to disrupt service for other guilds;
• Use the bot to transmit hate speech, harassment, malware, or illegal content;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure, databases, or API tokens.

4 Service Availability & Disclaimers

Shiro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to Discord API outages or maintenance.

5 Termination & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to blacklist or restrict access to any Discord user or server that violates these Terms, abuses bot resources, or breaches Discord's Terms of Service, without prior notice.

6 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the bot after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Добавляя бота ШИРО на свой Discord-сервер или используя его команды, вы соглашаетесь соблюдать настоящие Условия, нашу Политику конфиденциальности и Условия обслуживания Discord. Если вы не согласны с условиями, удалите бота со своего сервера.

2 Разрешенное использование

Бот предназначен для модерации, управления сервером, прослушивания музыки, радио и общения. Использование бота разрешено исключительно в законных целях и в рамках Правил сообщества Discord.

3 Запрещенные действия

При использовании бота запрещается:

• Спамить командами, намеренно перегружать аудио-узлы или обходить лимиты (rate-limits);
• Искать и эксплуатировать уязвимости в коде или инфраструктуре бота;
• Использовать бота для рассылки спама, вредоносного ПО или нарушения законов;
• Предпринимать попытки несанкционированного доступа к базе данных и токенам.

4 Доступность сервиса

Бот предоставляется «как есть» (as-is). Мы стремимся к бесперебойной работе, однако не несем ответственности за временные перебои, вызванные сбоями Discord API или техническими работами.

5 Ограничение доступа

Администрация оставляет за собой право ограничить доступ к боту для отдельных пользователей или серверов в случае грубых нарушений данных правил.
