1 Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Shiro ("the bot", "we", "us"), operated by the SUMETA team, collects, uses, and safeguards information when you add or interact with our Discord bot. We are committed to transparency and respecting the privacy of Discord communities and their members in accordance with Discord Developer Policies.

2 Information We Process and Store

Shiro processes only minimal information strictly required to deliver its automated services:

• Server & Channel Identifiers: Discord Guild ID, Channel ID, and Role ID are stored in our secure database to remember server-specific configurations (welcome channels, logging channels, autoroles, and voice stats).
• User Identifiers: Discord User ID is stored solely when necessary to attribute moderation records, custom AI chat history settings, and role synchronization.
• Message Content (Privileged Intent): Message text and attachment metadata are processed ephemerally in real-time memory exclusively for:
  • Server Audit Logging (if enabled by server administrators to log deleted or modified messages to a private moderation channel);
  • AI Assistant responses when a user explicitly @mentions the bot.
  We do NOT store message content in persistent databases, nor do we sell, scrape, or log messages outside of the server's own designated moderation channel.
• Member Presence & Status (Privileged Intent): Member status (online, idle, dnd) and rich presence activity are accessed in real time strictly upon invoking /server or /user commands and for updating voice statistics counters. Presences are never stored permanently.

3 How We Use Your Data

Data processed by Shiro is used exclusively to:

• Provide music streaming, queue controls, and radio playback;
• Render automated welcome cards and assign roles upon member join;
• Send moderation logs to webhooks configured by guild administrators;
• Generate real-time server statistics and user profiles upon request.

4 Data Storage and Security

All persistent configurations are stored securely in an isolated, encrypted database with restricted access. Ephemeral operations (such as voice audio streams and message checks) run solely in memory and are discarded immediately after execution.

5 Data Retention and Deletion Rights

We respect your right to have data removed at any time:

• Automatic Deletion: Removing (kicking or banning) the bot from a server stops all processing for that guild.
• Manual Removal: Server owners and users may request permanent deletion of all stored server records and AI interaction memory by contacting us on our support server.

6 Compliance & Platform Terms

Shiro operates on the Discord platform and adheres strictly to the Discord Developer Policy and Discord Terms of Service.

Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности описывает, как Discord-бот ШИРО («бот», «мы»), поддерживаемый командой SUMETA, собирает, использует и защищает данные пользователей и серверов. Мы строго соблюдаем Правила для разработчиков Discord (Discord Developer Terms of Service).

2 Какие данные мы обрабатываем

Бот запрашивает и обрабатывает только минимальный объем данных, необходимый для работы функций:

• Идентификаторы серверов и каналов: ID серверов, каналов и ролей сохраняются в базе данных для запоминания настроек (канал приветствий, логов, авто-роли, голосовая статистика).
• Идентификаторы пользователей: ID пользователей обрабатываются для синхронизации тег-ролей, настроек ИИ и карточек профиля.
• Содержимое сообщений (Message Content Intent): Текст и вложения сообщений обрабатываются исключительно в оперативной памяти в реальном времени для:
  • Журнала аудита сервера (если администратор включил логирование удалений и правок сообщений);
  • Ответа ИИ при прямом упоминании бота (@ШИРО).
  Мы НЕ храним текст сообщений в постоянных базах данных, не продаем и не передаем их третьим лицам.
• Статусы присутствия (Presence Intent): Статус (онлайн/афк) и текущая активность считываются в реальном времени только при вызове команд /server и /user, а также для счетчиков онлайна. История статусов нигде не сохраняется.

3 Использование данных

Все данные используются строго по назначению функций бота:

• Воспроизведение музыки и радио в голосовых каналах;
• Генерация приветственных баннеров и автовыдача ролей;
• Отправка логов сервера в настроенный вебхук;
• Формирование статистики сервера по запросу пользователей.

4 Хранение и безопасность

Конфигурационные данные хранятся на защищенных серверах с ограниченным доступом. Временные данные очищаются сразу после выполнения действия.

5 Удаление данных

Вы в любой момент можете потребовать удаления данных вашего сервера:

• При исключении бота с сервера обработка данных прекращается.
• Вы можете запросить полное удаление настроек и истории ИИ, обратившись на наш сервер поддержки.
